UNITY IN DUALITY
the inter-determinate nature of all that exists

This work contains a Tibetan-Buddhist Approach to wisdom, as well as a teaching on the Tibetan Wheel of Existence.

In both teachings the idea of Unity in Duality, in Tibetan Ten drel, is explored on a basic level.

In the first chapter Rinpoche leads the reader step by step, into more natural states of being, from where the relationship with oneself, the other and reality can become more natural. Thisis accompanied by exercises.

The second chapter explored the roots and the processes of existence as depicted in the Wheel of Existence, from the traditional from a universal level from the psychological point of view.

On the basis of his profound experience and knowledge of the original Tibetan Buddhist theory and practice, Tarab Tulku has compiled and developed an allencompassing, personal as well as transpersonal psychology and psychotherapy adapted to the present time, while still maintaining the essence of its Indian/Tibetan original basis.

From 1994 onwards Tarab Tulku teaches a three-year "Studies and Training Programme in Tibetan Philosophy, Psychology and Psychotherapy, Unity in Duality (U.D.)" in several European cities.
